Hong Kong Island: The Jervois

Step 1: Fly 16 hours

  • Hong Kong leaves me breathless every time I visit it. The flight is long, but worth it and if you can fly business it's totally worth it!

Step 2: Take a Ferry

  • To get from the mainland side [Kolwoon] to Hong Kong Island, you must take the Star Ferry. It costs around $.25 and is a great way to make your way across to the island, which is home to the famous skyline you always see. Did I mention the skyline is amazing?

Step 3: Stay on an Island

  • The Jervois is a super cool boutique hotel located in the heart of the Central neighborhood on the Island side. Its a sleek, modern building that blends in with the norm of the streets and area. Each floor has two rooms and each is a suite making it a home away from home and close to all the things Hong Kong has to offer.
